Sales and Returns Policy
We aim to meet your requirements quickly and efficiently. Once an order is placed we will confirm it and post it out to you within 3 days and if we are making it to order then we will contact you to let you know (this will take 1 or 2 days longer).
Your item, if purchased with FREE SHIPPING, will be posted regular mail (3-4 days uk and 7-10 days worldwide), if you opted for tracked shipping we will send that way and your parcel should be with you in 1-2 days for UK deliveries. 4-5 days for deliveries to other worldwide destinations.
If your item will not fit through the letter box you may get a calling card to go collect your item from the post office. Please make sure you do this before the deadline as any returned items will need another shipping fee paid to be sent out for re-delivery.
If you have a special location for parcels to be left if you are not there when delivery is attempted, please let us know when you order and we will make a note of this on the envelope. It is up to your post deliverer whether they follow those instructions though, so please have a chat with them to see if it's possible. Tracked parcels need to be signed for so this is usually not possible with that shipping option.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted. We ask you to contact us before you send the item back, stipulating whether you'd like to exchange for another product, size, or to receive a refund.
We ask that the item is sent back in its original, unworn condition. We regret that we cannot refund return postage. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning the item to us safely.
If your item is faulty we will of course accept it in a worn condition, send it over to us and we will either mend it, make you a new one or refund you, whichever you choose, return postage will be refunded for faulty goods, just let us know the total paid.
